You can deposit money into your Abundance portfolio at any time using either debit card or direct bank transfer.

Debit Card Deposit

Debit card payments can be made without leaving your Abundance account, and are available in your portfolio immediately. To make a deposit by debit card you can do the following:

  1. Sign in and select the portfolio you would like to deposit money into.
  2. If you don't have any cash in your account, there is a link to Deposit in the Summary section on your Dashboard. Alternatively, click Manage in the menu at the top of your screen, select Money and then Deposit from the sub-menus.
  3. Select Debit Card.
  4. Enter the amount you wish to deposit and click 'Next'. (Please note that we have a maximum limit of £50,000 per card transaction, and your bank may impose their own limits.)
  5. Enter the details on your card, and the registered address if different to the address registered to your Abundance account and click 'Next'.
  6. Review the details of your payment and click 'Confirm'.

You can also make a debit card deposit at the same time as making an investment if you need to top up your portfolio.

Bank Transfer Deposit

Making a deposit by bank transfer requires you to send money to our client money bank account using either your online banking service, phone banking service, or in branch.

Bank transfer deposits may take up to one full working day to be processed and become available in your Abundance account. If you are depositing to invest in an offer that is nearly full or about to close, then we advise you make a debit card payment instead.
